A monster truck crashed into a crowd during an air show in Mexico on Saturday, killing eight and wounding dozens more. At least one child is believed to among the dead. The monster truck—which had five-foot-high tires—was taking part in a demonstration when it accelerated quickly and veered off to the right—and into the crowd. A spokesman for Chihuahua state prosecutor’s office said that they were looking at the possibility of mechanical failure, but witnesses said it looked like the driver lost consciousness after hitting his head.
