Morocco has issued an arrest warrant for Salah Abdeslam, one of the suspects in November’s terror attacks on Paris. Abdeslam’s brother was one of the suicide bombers in the Nov. 13 attacks, while he fled the scene. The warrant is said to have been issued last month, when authorities got a tip that he fled to Morocco or North Africa.
