It may have lost hundreds of millions in Bitcoins, but at least Mt. Gox is trying to make amends—well, sort of. The company is trying to rebuild its reputation days after declaring bankruptcy and announcing that it had lost 750,000 of its customers' virtual currency and nearly $500 million in total losses. The company is now assuring customers that a new call center will “respond to all inquiries” between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. And nothing conveys trust like an overseas call center with limited operating hours.
