At least seven people were killed after a semi-truck crashed into a Greyhound bus in New Mexico on Thursday afternoon, the Santa Fe New Mexican reports. Several others are reportedly “seriously injured” after the head-on collision. The semi-truck reportedly blew a tire, causing it to swerve into oncoming traffic and crash into the bus along Interstate 40 near the Arizona border. Forty-nine people were reportedly on the bus, which was traveling from Albuquerque to Phoenix, and ABC News reports that 33 were transferred to nearby hospitals with injuries.
