James Murdoch is headed back to Parliament. British M.P.s on Tuesday voted to bring the News Corp. heir back for questioning after former News of the World staffers implicated him in the phone-hacking scandal. Meanwhile, the News of the World’s former publisher has revealed the discovery of “many tens of thousands” of new documents in the case that could further implicate the Murdoch clan.
