NATO is not taking no for an answer. For the fourth straight night, the Libyan capital has been rocked by airstrikes from the international coalition seeking to cripple Muammar Gaddafi’s stubborn regime. Smoke was seen rising from the leader’s compound after the latest attacks. Earlier Thursday, the White House slammed a Libyan government ceasefire deal as not credible. In another escalation, the U.K. has just cleared the use of Apache helicopters in the fight.
