Bryce Dejean-Jones, a player for the New Orleans Pelicans, was shot to death on Saturday in Dallas while entering the wrong apartment, according to his agent. A resident in the Dallas apartment building said he heard someone enter his home by kicking open the front door, police said. The resident called out to the intruder, but was not answered, and when the person kicked down the bedroom door, the resident fired his gun.
