Congrats to Neil Patrick Harris, who is reportedly expecting twins with his longtime partner David Burtka, according to a source at E! Online. The happy couple is using a surrogate, who’s due in October. Harris, the Broadway actor, frequent award-show host, and star of How I Met Your Mother, and Burtka, a chef, have been together six years, and reportedly have been looking into surrogacy for a year. The news caps off a happy week for Harris, who was just given a third Emmy nomination for this year’s ceremony due to an initial oversight. Harris’ rep has not confirmed the news.
