Yulia Skripal, the daughter of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal who was left in a critical condition following a nerve-agent attack in Britain, has been discharged from a hospital. The BBC reported the 33-year-old left Salisbury District Hospital on Monday and was taken to an undisclosed secure location. Her father remains in the hospital but his condition is “improving rapidly” and medical officials said Tuesday they hope he will also leave hospital “in due course.” The attempted murders of the Skripals led to diplomatic sanctions against Russia—which the U.K. holds responsible for the March 4 attack— from countries across the world.
