The phone-hacking scandal continued to grow Thursday, as police in London made their ninth arrest in the case. The suspect was a 60-year-old man, although neither his identity nor the charges against him have been disclosed. Meanwhile, several U.S. politicians, including Senator Jay Rockefeller and Rep. Pete King, have asked the Justice Department to investigate allegations that News International papers hacked 9/11 victims’ phones.
