There is no title yet and there is no story yet. All we know is that Gotham needs Batman and come July 20, 2012, it will have him when the third Batman movie directed by Christopher Nolan hits theaters. Nolan is working on postproduction for Inception, due out this summer, but has just begun developing a storyline for the third in his series of the Batman franchise. Presumably starring Christian Bale in the cape, it will follow Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.
