Not in time for Christmas, sadly: A Taiwanese paper is reporting new specs for the second-generation iPad. It says it will come with FaceTime, new display tech, two cameras, and a USB port. However, it won’t be out until sometime next year, possibly as late as April. The reports from the Taiwanese paper are unconfirmed, but they are similar to other rumors circulating about the next-generation iPad.
