The shooting on Tuesday in Washington D.C. that killed four people and wounded five others appears to have sprung from a dispute between two groups, but the gunmen appear to have been indiscriminate in whom they killed: According to the Associated Press, the gunshots were fired from a moving vehicle into a crowd. Three people have been arrested in the shooting, which is the worst shooting in D.C. in 16 years, and two have been charged. They are Nathaniel Simms, 26, and Orlando Carter, 20.
