The new iPad will likely be similar to the first, with similar storage capacity and functionality. The key difference between the two versions will be a dual camera functionality, allowing users to use the video-chatting software Apple introduced with the release of the iPhone 4 this year. Apple has sold 7.5 million original iPads, and will likely sell 6 million units of the new version by the end of next year.
