Leaked photos from Louis Vuitton’s “Part Deux” Fall 2009 campaign, featuring the Material Girl, prove that there is such a thing as too much photo shop. The notoriously buff Madonna, whose body has been a source of great scrutiny over her multiple-decade career, has the faint shimmer of a marble statue, with soft curves replacing what we all know to be sinewy ligaments. Though the images are colorfully appealing, it’s a bit of a stretch to call them “photographs.”
