Mark Twain has been dead for almost 100 years, but that hasn’t kept him from away from his typewriter. A new, previously unpublished Twain short story, The Undertaker’s Tale—a dark-humored jaunt about an undertaker's thriving business—appears in the current Strand magazine. And a new collection of fiction and non-fiction, Who is Mark Twain?, will be published next month. Writes the BBC of the new collection: “....His mixture of coruscating social criticism, of thought-provoking non-fiction, and of joyful and—finally—deeply humane comedy, is sure to be well worth the read.”
