An immigration attorney who worked for the Trump Organization says Melania Trump earned a green card "based on marriage" in 2001. But Melania did not marry Donald Trump until 2005, and has previously stated that Trump is her first husband. Michael Wildes, who provided immigration services for Trump models when Trump owned the Miss Universe pageant, told Univision that Melania had a marriage-based green card four years before her marriage to Trump, but called questions over the legality of Melania's immigration "moot and ridiculous.”
