He be on his suit and tie—and nearly 1 million units sold of his new album. Nielsen SoundScan announced Tuesday that Justin Timberlake’s album The 20/20 Experience sold 968,000 units in its first week, making it the 19th album in Nielsen’s 22-year history to move over 900k units in its debut week. Timberlake probably has his strategic promotion efforts to thank: he spent an entire week on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, hosted Saturday Night Live, and streamed the album a week before its release on iTunes. The even better news: ’N Sync album sales are up, too!
