A new chapter in Sienna Miller-gate: Ian Edmondson, senior journalist and News of the World executive, was suspended for allegedly hacking into the actress' phone. Documents now held in the High Court and other records found by police indicate that Edmondson intercepted voice messages from Miller and Jude Laws' phones. Back in 2007, a former News of the World reporter was sentenced to jail when he came clean about intercepting messages. As for Edmondson, a spokesperson from Britain's paper has pledged to take his case just as seriously: "If the conclusion of the investigation or the litigation is that the allegation is proven, appropriate action will be taken. The News of the World has a zero-tolerance approach to any wrong-doing."
