Another one bites the dust? The Washington Post Company announced Wednesday it’s exploring the option of selling Newsweek, the 77-year-old newsweekly. Donald E. Graham, the Post's chairman, explained: "The losses at Newsweek in 2007-2009 are a matter of record. Despite heroic efforts on the part of Newsweek’s management and staff, we expect it to still lose money in 2010.” Newsweek, which has been under The Post's umbrella since 1961, unveiled a new look and a new editorial strategy last year.
