Newt Gingrich made clear following Rick Santorum's exit from the GOP presidential primary that he's in it to win it—or at least for the long haul. But whether his team's finances can withstand the costs of campaigning is questionable. According to the Utah elections director, the check the Gingrich campaign submitted to pay the state's ballot fee for its June primary bounced. This is awkward ... The office has tried unsuccessfully to contact Gingrich and if Newt doesn't pay the fee by April 20, he'll be disqualified from the primary.
