South Carolina polls are now closed and most major news networks are already naming Newt Gingrich the winner, including CNN. Mitt Romney is in second place, with Rick Santorum in third and Ron Paul coming in last. South Carolina Republicans are concerned about nominating a candidate who can beat Obama in November. Among voters whose primary concern is electability, almost half voted for Gingrich.
