It's now up to the players to end the NFL lockout. Team owners unanimously agreed to accept the proposed collective bargaining agreement after a day-long meeting in Atlanta, giving players 48 percent of league revenue and caps salaries at $120 million. The players say they will vote on the agreement today. If they approve it, the owners say team facilities will re-open this weekend and training camps will begin next week.
