It’s Oscar day, but Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden says he feels better than any of the nominees. That’s because he and his girlfriend, reality star Nicole Richie, are expecting a second baby, a year after the birth of daughter Harlow. In a message on his website under the headline “Better than winning an OSCAR!” Madden, 29, writes: “I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope [you’re] all feeling as good as i am right now.”
