No Problem!” she wrote, before adding, “(Just kidding. Please give us Secret Service.)” The video went up a day after the science-denier complained on X about being “hurt” by The Daily Beast’s story about her, which chronicled her ascent to RFK’s side after splitting from Google founder Sergey Brin. Shanahan, who won millions in Alphabet shares after her 2023 divorce, bankrolled the conspiracy theorist Kennedy’s controversial Super Bowl ad in February and then became his No. 2 the next month. She has said her experiences at the high and low ends of the economic spectrum (“I’ve been, you know, standing in line at Safeway with food stamps. And I’ve been flying all over the world in helicopters and private planes,”) make her a unique VP pick. As to whether her physical fitness equates to fitness in office? Only a match-up at the ballot box can tell.
