Nike terminated its endorsement deal with 23-year-old NFL free agent Johnny Manziel, a spokesman told ESPN hours after the former Cleveland Browns quarterback lost his second contract agent, Drew Rosenhaus. Manziel was released by the Browns last month after he became the subject of a domestic-violence case, which will be heard by a grand jury Thursday. The NFL is also investigating whether Manziel violated its personal-conduct policy over allegations that he assaulted his ex-girlfriend. Manziel had already lost his original contract agent Erik Burkhardt, and his marketing agent Maverick Carter. The embattled quarterback now only has a relationship with Panini America, a sports-collectibles company that signed him in his first year. Nissan and MusclePharm are no longer associating with Manziel.
