Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, will on Thursday give “irrefutable evidence” that Iran “deliberately violated its international obligations and has tried and failed to cover up these violations,” Haley’s office said in a statement. President Donald Trump is required to certify Iran’s compliance in the nuclear agreement again by Jan. 13. It is unclear what action the administration may take, if any, on the matter.
