The latest game console from Nintendo still has a pretty weird name: Wii U is the company’s new high-definition videogame system, and it has a new touch-screen controller that’s like an iPad. You’ll be able to use the controller as a complement to playing the game on TV, as a mirrored screen displaying the same images, or as a separate device that lets you keep playing while someone else watches TV. Nintendo didn’t disclose any details yet—no price, no release date, although it might come out sometime after April 2012.
