Accused of taking part in twisted business deal since 2010.
Prosecutors in New Jersey say they arrested a 51-year-old Englewood man who had been paying a woman to allow him to sexually assault two young girls for years. The suspect, identified as Alfredo Rosales, is accused of abusing a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old since 2010. He faces a slew of charges, including child endangerment, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated criminal sexual contact. Esperanza Mani-Cortez, the woman who allegedly accepted cash in exchange for allowing the abuse, also faces charges, though it’s unclear if she was related to the children.
