Teresa Giudice, the tiny table-flipper from Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey, has announced that she will be releasing a cookbook next year. She tweeted this week: “you can preorder my book on amazon. it’s called “skinny italian” by teresa giudice xxT.” Publishers Weekly confirms the deal. The book, to be titled Skinny Italian: Eat It and Enjoy It—Live La Bella Vita and Look Great Too!, will be published by Hyperion on May 4. What can we expect to see inside the book? “Recipes for healthy Italian meals” and “behind-the-scenes details about the show, as well as pictures of Giudice and her family.”
