No Active Shooter After Report at SD Naval Medical Center
Staff were told to “run, hide or fight.”
The Naval Medical Center San Diego issued a warning Tuesday morning of a possible active shooter in one building of the military hospital, urging those currently inside the building to "run, hide or fight." The San Diego police department confirmed that the NMCSD had reported shots fired, but after several hours of probing, the Navy and local police both confirmed that they found no shooter and that no one was injured.
