Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged with a crime after a woman in Georgia accused him of sexual assault in a nightclub bathroom last month. The local district attorney said that the 20-year-old student’s allegations against Roethlisberger could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt after she indicated she did not wish to press charges. Says the Associated Press, “A doctor who examined the woman could not say if she was raped, and while some DNA was found, there was not enough to determine whom it belonged to.”
