There is reportedly no record of former Gov. Rick Perry having voted in the Texas primary despite the fact that he endorsed fellow Texan Ted Cruz before the election. Perry's former campaign manager said that he had voted by mail-in ballot; a spokesman suggested the ballot got lost in the mail.
