The wreckage of an Algerian plane flying from Burkina Faso was found with "no survivors" in Mali, according to French President Francois Hollande. The flight was carrying 116 people, including 51 French citizens, and investigators believe it may have crashed during inclement weather about an hour after take-off. Around 100 French soldiers were dispatched from nearby Niger to secure the crash site.
