Nobel Peace Prize winner Liu Xiaobo’s wife—whose disappearance after her husband won the award stoked concerns that she had been detained—is now under house arrest, she tweeted to her followers Sunday. Liu Xia was able to visit her husband in prison, she said, and she told him that he’d won the prize. It’s unclear whether the authorities who’ve placed her under house arrest are aware that she’s using Twitter; her mobile-phone service has been cut off. “I don’t know when I’ll be able to see everybody,” Liu wrote in the Twitter message.
