Did anyone learn from Anthony Weiner? A New Orleans City Councilman apologized Tuesday for sending a photo of himself in his underwear to a city employee that ended up on the city’s computer network. Joe Stagni said he had an “inappropriate but consensual” relationship with an adult female, and Stagni used his personal smartphone to send the underwear photo in December 2009 to the Information Technology Officer Annamaria Pizzolato. Pizzolato then sent the photo to the work email of Stagni’s information technology director, which then got it “stuck” in the city’s server. Stagni, who is married with two children, did not say who the relationship was with or who the photo was intended for.
