Norah O’Donnell is staying in the CBS Evening News chair through the 2024 election, Variety reported, citing four sources. New CBS News Co-President Neeraj Khemlani was rumored to have been looking for new talent for the anchor role, with the network even reaching out to agents. O’Donnell reportedly announced her deal during a toast with producers on Friday night.
