Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega has been flown home to face a 20-year prison term for the murders of his opponents when he ruled in the 1980s. Noriega, 77, has already spent the last two decades in jail—first in Florida and then in France, for drug trafficking and money laundering—after being toppled by the U.S. in 1989.
