Hey, North Korea, pick an enemy. The country directed its threats toward South Korea on Friday, one day after vowing to launch a rocket at the U.S. as part of “all out” action against its “sworn enemy.” In a statement by the wing of the government that manages the relationship with the South, North Korea called United Nations–endorsed sanctions a “declaration of war” and said things could get worse on the peninsula should the South continue its actions. Although North Korea did not give any clues as to what action it would take against the South, many worry that the two Koreas are coming closer to a full-scale war.
