In an interview with the BBC, Han Song-Ryol warned of an “all-out war” if the U.S. is “reckless enough to use military means” to curb the country’s nuclear program. Vice President Mike Pence is in South Korea, where he visited the demilitarized zone and declared that the “era of strategic patience” when it comes to North Korea was over. North Korea conducted another missile test over the weekend, but it exploded almost immedaitely after launch.
