After a long and often bizarre trial, Norway has sentenced its most notorious killer. Anders Breivik, who has admitted to murdering 77 people in attacks in Oslo and at a summer youth camp in the worst mass killing in the country since World War II, was found sane on Friday, and will serve a minimum of 21 years of "preventive detention." That time can be extended if authorities continue to find that Breivik, a right-wing extremist, is a danger to others. Breivik will be held in isolation at Ila Prison outside of Oslo, in quarters that include a separate exercise room, a computer, and a television.
