Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, infamous for killing 77 people in Oslo four years ago, is set to study political science at Oslo University from solitary confinement in prison. He will not have contact with his professors, nor access to the Internet. Despite Breivik’s admission drawing national criticism, Oslo University rector Ole Petter Ottersen told Reuters, “He meets the admission requirements. We stick to our rules and he will be admitted.”
