A dry-docked Russian nuclear submarine is on fire in the northern Russian city of Severodvinsk, not far from Finland. Early reports indicate that the vessel was located at a shipyard, and some Russian news agencies say the fire happened while welders were making repairs. The shipyard’s press secretary, Nadezhda Scherbinina, however, told independent Russian news channel TV Rain that she could neither confirm nor deny information in the press.
