Two managing directors at a Manhattan investment bank were killed on Tuesday when their private plane crashed on a highway in New Jersey. Jeffrey Buckalew, a licensed pilot and managing director at Greenhill & Co., died along with his wife and two children. Rakesh Chawla, another managing director at the firm, also died when the plane nose-dived fewer than fifteen minutes after it took off. Officials have not yet determined what caused the crash, though they are set to continue investigating the accident on Wednesday.
