New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) has curiously referred to himself as “undocumented,” even though he was born in New York. Last Thursday, as flagged by Splinter News, Cuomo appeared to use inflated rhetoric by describing himself as undocumented. “I’m an Italian-American, I came from poor Italian-Americans who came here. ... I’m undocumented. You want to deport an undocumented person, start with me, because I’m an undocumented person,” Cuomo said. The remarks come as he faces a tough Democratic primary challenge from his left in actress Cynthia Nixon.
