A production company known for ripped-from-the-headlines work has set its sights on the New York prison break story. Johnson Production Group is filming a show about the escape from the point of view of prison worker Joyce Mitchell—who allegedly helped the men escape. JPG execs tell TMZ that they believe there’s a market for crime narratives from a woman’s point of view, and hope to place the show on Lifetime or Hulu.
