A general manager of a Dutch bicycle company riding her bike in Soho while wearing a skirt was pulled over by the NYPD for showing too much leg. The skirt police told Jasmijn Rijcken, 31, that her appearance was "very disturbing" and was "distracting the cars." When the cop pulled her over, she thought he was kidding, until he grew angry and asked for her ID. Rijcken didn't get a ticket that day, but she certainly got a stern warning.
