NYPD Captain Brian McGaughey plead guilty Thursday to pulling a gun on two Brooklyn kids while they played a game of tag. "Mother------, get on the ground!" the officer allegedly shouted, with his weapon drawn, at 13-year-old Kesean Smalls and 12-year-old Jahniel Hinds. He later handcuffed Smalls, while Hinds hid behind his mother. The captain's punishment for the incident: He loses 30 days of paid vacation.
