What is wrong with you guys? In a series of photos taken from a video, an NYPD cop appeared to have put a seven-month-pregnant woman in a chokehold outside her home on Thursday. Rosan Miller was busted for illegally barbecuing on the public sidewalk, and a following skirmish led to Miller, her husband, and brother arrested. The use of chokeholds is banned by the NYPD, and earlier this month a man died after police put him in a chokehold during his arrest for selling loose cigarettes.
