Fifteen inmates were transferred from Guantanamo Bay to the United Arab Emirates on Monday making it the biggest transfer during President Obama's administration. There are now 61 detainees in total at the prison. Obama previously rolled out a plan to shut the facility down but it faces opposition in Congress.
